Saludos.!

Cayman Company owns PEMEX in CANADA too!

UNITED STATES - BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS - January 5, 2010 - While Mexican government officials have been on holiday break, INTERMIX SA announced the expansion of PEMEX into CANADA. Upon recent news of PEMEX’s intent to franchise gasoline service stations in the UNITED STATES, INTERMIX SA now proudly announces that it owns the trademark rights to PEMEX in Canada. INTERMIX SA plans to develop an infrastructure of highly technological stations in all of North America with the help of current market players. Roberto Madrazo’s brother, Jimi Rosen, exclusive representative of INTERMIX SA, has been in negotiations with several state-owned and private energy corporations from both Latin America and Europe to launch new and existing service stations with the PEMEX brand name.

Former PRI Presidential Candidate Roberto Madrazo states, “PEMEX in UNITED STATES and CANADA will create an unbeatable alliance by becoming the sole company targeting the ever growing Hispanic population.” In fact, PEMEX’s Global Marketing division announced the launch of an introductory marketing campaign in CANADA. Customers will undoubtedly be able to identify PEMEX service stations as being distinct from and better than the competition. This campaign is modeled after the already successful development in the UNITED STATES; it features specialized gasoline formulations, state of the art pumping islands, uniformed full service attendants, and state of the art convenience stores.

Currently, Intermix has several offers for partnerships with PEMEX in the CANADIAN Provinces and the 50 UNITED STATES. INTERMIX recently confirmed that a Latin American Country, with large existing operations in the UNITED STATES market, believes “a multiplicity of branding scenarios are available” in both countries. This country has the operational and capital ability to convert service stations to the PEMEX brand within 60 days. Mr. Rosen has several potential buyers; however, he has not ruled out the possibility of negotiating with Petróleos Mexicanos, should it have the capital and the vision to secure its future.

PEMEX® is a registered trademark of Intermix S.A. and is not affiliated with Petróleos Mexicanos.
